2. Tour Cancellation by Customer
If you wish to cancel your tour reservation, please inform us as early as possible. Refund eligibility depends on the notice period and the terms of the specific tour package.
Standard Refund Terms:
- 14+ days before departure: 90% refund
- 7–13 days before departure: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days before departure: No refund
Some packages (such as flights, hotel bookings, or visa services) may include non-refundable components. These will be clearly stated during the booking process.
3. No-Shows & Late Arrivals
If you do not show up for your scheduled tour or arrive too late to participate, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund. Please ensure you arrive at the meeting point on time.
4. Cancellation by 07 Travel
In rare cases, a tour may be canceled due to low participation, weather conditions, or force majeure (such as natural disasters or government restrictions). In such cases, you will receive one of the following:
- A full refund
- A rescheduled tour at no extra cost
- A voucher for future travel
5. Refund Method
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
6. Changes to Bookings
If you need to modify your reservation (such as changing dates, adding guests, etc.), please contact us at least 7 days before your travel date. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
