Known as the “Turkish Maldives,” Salda Lake is one of the deepest and cleanest freshwater lakes in Turkey. Its unique white sands and turquoise waters create a surreal and peaceful atmosphere. After a short briefing by your guide, you’ll have free time to enjoy the lake, walk along the shoreline, take unforgettable photos, or simply relax.
🍇 Local Culture & Wine Cellar Visit
Next, we visit a traditional Turkish wine cellar, where you can learn about local winemaking traditions and sample or purchase regional wines. After this flavorful stop, we enjoy lunch and continue toward Pamukkale.
🏛️ Explore Pamukkale & the Ancient Thermal Waters
Pamukkale, meaning “cotton castle,” is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the most famous natural wonders in Turkey. Walk barefoot on the gleaming white travertine terraces, soak in the views, and feel the natural healing power of the landscape.
🏊 Optional Cleopatra’s Pool Experience
You can also choose to visit the legendary Cleopatra Pool (extra fee), an ancient thermal bath where it’s said that the Egyptian queen once swam. Rich in minerals, the pool is believed to have healing properties.
🍽️ After a full day of discovery, we gather for a relaxing dinner before heading back to Side. By evening, we return to your pickup location with memories of two of Turkey’s most iconic and picturesque destinations.
